Thank you for your interest in becoming a member.
This page outlines the application process and contains the membership documents which can be downloaded, printed and returned.
Alternatively these can be collected from the School Office, or if you wish a set to be sent out to you please telephone (01454) 613229.
1. In order for your membership to be processed, please return:
A fully completed application form
Two passport photos for each member, including children
A completed Direct Debit form
Payment for first membership instalment amount (please see note 2 below.)

2. Please contact the Finance Department on (01454) 613229 who will calculate the initial membership instalment based on the number of weeks remaining in the month of joining.
This can be paid by cash, cheque or card and covers the period from joining until the direct debit is set up.

3. Once your application has been processed, membership cards and key fobs needed to access the swimming pool can be collected from the school office. You will be notified by email when these are ready for collection. A temporary card will be issued for use in the interim.
4. Cards lost or stolen must be reported immediately to the Finance Office. A charge of £1.50 will be made for replacement cards.
